Within 48 hours of purchase
You can get a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, no questions asked.
To request it, email [email protected] and include the email address on your order and the date you bought it.
48 hours – 14 days
From 48 hours to 14 days
From 48 hours up to 14 days after purchase, request a refund by emailing [email protected] with your reason in the subject line, for example “We failed to provide service” or “Technical issues”.
Provide as much relevant information as possible in your email to enable our agents and live staff to complete your transaction favorably.
We review these requests under current Stripe policy and our own policy.

No refunds are given more than 14 days after purchase.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
