Privacy at Coldforge Scripts
We only keep basic personal information necessary to operate your user account. This may include your name, email, phone number or other stored contact information. We allow you to delete all of our stored information at any time with one easy button.
We don't sell or share your information. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number.
Who we are and who handles your data
Coldforge Agentic Services (mailing address on our About page) is responsible for the personal information we collect, including when service providers handle it for us. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Our Privacy Officer can be reached at our contact page.
We use a small number of service providers: Stripe for payments, our website hosting provider, and our email delivery provider. Each is bound to protect your data and use it only for the service they provide to us.
What we collect and why
- Account: your email address, the profile details you choose to add, and your purchases, so we can run your account and deliver what you bought.
- Newsletter: your email address only, after you confirm by email. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
- Waitlists: your email address and the product you asked about, to tell you when it launches.
- Services: the files and information you send us, used only to do the work you asked for.
- Website traffic: monitored for safety and security and stored in aggregate. We do not track individual clients.
Data handled outside Canada
Some of our servers and service providers, including Stripe and our email delivery provider, may store or process data outside Canada, for example in the United States. Data held there may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep client files and working data only as long as we need them to do the work, or 30 days, whichever comes first.
We keep your email address and account details until you close your account, or until you choose to delete your account data with the one-button delete on your account page. Either way, we remove them.
Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Security and breaches
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (and British Columbia's Commissioner where required) as soon as feasible, and we keep a record of every breach.
Your choices
- See or correct the personal information we hold about you.
- Withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
- Delete all your data with one button on your account page.
Email our contact page and we will respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
We do not sell your data. We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
